The team at Vitruvius Heritage is well equipped to offer advice on all aspects of the intricate planning process where heritage constraints exist.

The team can advise on the planning constraints and opportunities that arise from a particular heritage asset, whether that is a listed building, conservation area, Registered Park and Garden, or a scheduled monument.

If you are involved in a project that potentially affects the setting or significance of a heritage asset, such as a listed building or a project in a conservation area, then Vitruvius Heritage is here to assist you. We are able to advise as to whether any statutory duties of the Planning Acts are likely to be engaged with a development proposal and can provide direct access to the Planning Bar and brief if required.
